We are taking this seriously.
We are working with Welsh Government and UK Hospitality guidance to ensure that our staff and customers remain as safe as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Please read the information below before visiting the premises, if you have any further questions please contact us via social media, email or telephone.
If you feel unwell or show symptoms of Covid-19 please refrain from coming to Nomad. As tempting as the thought of fresh pint from a glass might be, the health and safety of all our guests is the most important thing right now.
All members of your booking will be required to show Identification on arrival, service may be refused in the case that party members do not follow this legislation.
We are now taking bookings for up to 6 people from 6 different households. This will exclude Under 11s. Each guest will be asked to provide contact details on arrival.
All bookings are 2 hours in length.
If you are outdoors, you may book more than one table for the same group, this is restricted to a maximum of 2 tables per group due to our service capabilities.
Please do not swap or change tables, we will have a pre-planned table arrangement and it will be important that we stick to this.
Orders are to be made via our website and will be brought out to your table if you have a mobile device that is connected to the internet this may be useful.
You will be required to wear a face-covering whilst in the building but not at a table.
If you do not attend within half an hour of your booking time, your table may be lost.
Tables can be booked via our online system and telephone only.
In-line with government guidelines, you must be at a table to consume food or drinks.
If you have not booked a table in advance, we can only seat you if one is available on your arrival.
For now, no consecutive bookings can be made for tables. We want to give everyone a chance to come out and enjoy themselves for a few hours.
Nomad is going to operate a one way system, on your arrival, please come to our side gate in to the car park where you will be asked to sign in and then shown to your table.
Queues for the toilets will operate through the back door.
Toilet use will be on a strict 'one in, one out' basis.
Hand sanitiser will be available on entry and throughout, we would encourage use often.
Staff will be sticking to a strict cleaning schedule. Please bear with us if service or use of our facilities take a little longer than normal.
No smoking or vaping can take place on the premises. If needs are a must, please head outside the front of the building to get your fix.
Please don't be offended if we withdraw service if we feel the legislation and guidance is not being followed and ask you to leave the premises. These measures are in place to protect you and everyone else 🙏🏽
The great Welsh weather ☔️.... if it's raining, we've got you covered, but it can get chilly! please dress appropriately. Fingers crossed for some sunshine!
