Jackfruit Shawarma, Butterbean Hummus & Flatbread (Vg)

Mahón Curado DOP
Originating from the island of Menorca, this six-month-aged cave cheese brings a pleasantly tangy, sharp profile to your board. Its firm, crumbly texture and subtly fruity undertones make Mahón Curado DOP an ideal pairing with our signature focaccia.
Duroc Pork Loin Salami (Black Pepper)
Crafted from heritage Duroc pigs, this pork-loin salami is hand-rolled in coarsely cracked black pepper for a bold, peppery crust. Each slice reveals tender, well-marbled meat that’s rich without being overly fatty—perfect alongside a chilled glass of local rosé.
