The Role

We’re looking for a competent and confident Part-Time Chef, operating at Chef de Partie level, to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and is capable of running a small kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

You’ll be working Wednesday to Sunday, primarily evenings and weekends, contributing to service, prep, and the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to spec

• Running service independently when required

• Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team

• Contributing to a positive, calm kitchen environment

  
  

About You

• Previous professional kitchen experience (Chef de Partie level or equivalent)

• Confident working independently and making decisions during service

• Passionate about food, produce, and quality

• Flexible, reliable, and keen to learn our style of cooking

• Calm under pressure with a team-focused mindset
