Nordik Kitchen Returns – One Night Only

We’re excited to welcome Chef Shane Davies back to Nomad for another Nordik Kitchen pop-up on Wednesday 25th March.

Shane’s pop-ups have built a loyal following for their bold flavours, thoughtful cooking, and menus inspired by Nordic techniques and seasonal ingredients. Each event is a little different, with dishes designed specifically for the night.

This style of cooking focuses on:

• clean flavours

• seasonal produce

• simple but refined techniques

• creative combinations

The result is a menu that feels fresh, exciting, and a little different from our usual Nomad offering.
