As the seasons change, so does our menu — and we’re excited to share a few new additions that celebrate the best of local produce, bold flavours, and winter comfort.
Our kitchen team have been working on some fresh seasonal plates and updated favourites, perfect for sharing, grazing, or pairing with your favourite drink. Here’s what’s new:
🧀 Guest Cheese Selection
We’ve swapped out the Mahon for a rotating Guest Cheese — hand-picked to showcase the best artisan producers from Wales and beyond. Keep an eye on the specials board or ask the team to find out what’s on offer this week.
🍽️ Seasonal Small Plates
• Gower pasture-fed beef brisket goulash — parsnip crisps & chive sour cream
• Welsh Rarebit — with leek & beetroot ketchup (V)
